The main organizational causes of the frustration that Ayishia Coles feels is the fact there is no exact or very clear statement of her personal responsibilities and authority. Ayishia Coles is a very tough position since the unit managers of additional departments will be coming to her with conditions that they be prepared to be set the same day.
